Refund policy

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours in advance of the selected delivery or pickup date. Upon notification, we will credit the exact amount in either store credit or refund via cash or credit card. We will not refund orders that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the chosen delivery or pickup.

Additionally, upon confirmation, you have accepted and agreed to the terms of purchase, including that the product you receive is guaranteed fresh for 3 days from the day you receive it. Please contact info@thejuicenashville.com for replacement of defective product within 24 hours of receipt.

Our juice must be refrigerated. By choosing "delivery", you are accepting responsibility for ensuring that the juice is maintained at the proper temperature upon delivery. If someone will not be at home, we recommend leaving a cooler outside for our delivery driver to place your order. Otherwise, juice will be left at the front door on the delivery date selected. Upon delivery, we will not provide refunds for orders left outside that result in theft, improper temperature storage, etc.
